Playing with language … having some fun

Throughout different courses I have started building this practical ‘very informal sets’ - ‘tips-types’ which appear to simplify some pronounciation ‘issues’. Without generalizing…rather leading to some ‘playing in language’ praxis from users' own language at play for starters…

“What you read from Spanish IS NOT what you pronounce in English” :-)
so to say…. what appears in brackets reads as in Spanish … when you dont see brackets pronounciation is similar to ours e.g. cat (cat)

*Entre paréntesis como se lee idem Castellano….aproximando la pronunciación en Inglés

Vowels - Vocales

The final 'silent e' effect – Efecto 'e' final silenciosa

This just for playing a bit in language… not to worry too much about meaning unless it fits depending on users' focus of attention at play…

Further vocabulary building to take place in context. Bringing forth some pictures, photos and classroom, garden, area ... object examples may also prove inspiring, where students may start adding their own.
